I created this website for David Ginn Financial Solutions to serve as a way of increasing the customer base for him. I had to follow strict rules regarding the content on the website and ensuring it met the Financial Services Authority standards.
Furthermore, I created a complete brand for him – starting with a logo, to business cards and other items, and the website, to create a fully seamless experience for customers.

I created a brand new logo for the superb band CLAAM, and then crafted them a super Tumblr theme so they can leverage the awesome social capabilities of Tumblr.
The logo was based on american muscle cars, something I’ve wanted to do for ages. And then this project landed in my lap. Go check them out. ‘Gateways’ is a personal favourite of mine.

EcoWrap Ltd are a company that offer industrial shrink wrap for construction sites, for safety. They approached me with the intention of making a new website while preserving their original brand identity. I really enjoyed making this site, giving it a clean, green feel to reflect the company and its ethics.

The ace LA band Nightmare & The Cat approached me about making a Tumblr theme for them. Tumblr allows them to interact closely with their fans, with the flexibility of blogging but with strong social media aspects, allowing them to show videos, show dates, and music for their followers. This Tumblr theme is now their main website.

Albumite is a user generated, MySQL & PHP powered album art collage. It allows users to sign up and post their favourie album art to be added to a stylish, CSS3-enabled collage.
I’ve always loved album art, and wanted to create a place where users could share their favourites in a gorgeous collage of art. Over time, the collage expands to include everyone’s submissions in a huge collage of awesome album covers.

Benjamin Cook is a writer for Doctor Who Magazine and The Radio Times. I designed and developed a functional, visually stunning site for him, running on WordPress.
I chose WordPress as a base for the site due to its power. It allowed Ben full control over every page content, allowing him to blog, categorise, and archive his journalism for others to see. The beautiful top banner was designed by the wonderful Ed Stockham.

This dossier tells the true story of the bizarre Dyatlov Pass Incident. I wanted to bring a physical feel to the web and see if I could do it while using as few images as possible. It uses HTML5, CSS3, and PHP to create a convincing, realistic dossier. PHP was used to randomise the page positions every time. Please ensure you’re using a modern browser!

For this Uni project, I worked extensively with TV Producers, Scriptwriters, and fellow Interactive Media students in order to bring a webisode series to life. I worked closely with the producers in order to ensure that the vision of the website would match with the webisode series.
I took charge of the social media side, taking up a viral campaign on both Facebook and Twitter. Within the members-only section, users were treated to a look at Francis’ (one of the characters) desk. This interactive desk lets the reader piece together clues from the main story and deepens the mystery of it all. A sense of the physical when dealing with purely digital is something I adore, and creating the interactive desk was incredibly enjoyable.

The website had to be functional, too, and I worked with a programmer to ensure that a full members system was integrated and working. Being signed up allowed the user access to additional content. The website also was designed to be accessible on iPhone/iPod.
