NHS Healthy Eating Project

I worked on this project for the NHS alongsideĀ Matt Crouch.

The NHS came to us, asking us to design and develop a system that would allow school children to record their food intake on a daily basis, giving them feedback and advice on how to improve the healthiness of the food.

I decided to go with a stylish spy theme, giving the sense of logging into a secure server. Every child had a unique passcode, such as “racer504″. The product was trialed at a local school to a class. Hearing a whole class of 10 year olds go “Whoa, awesome!” at seeing the final product is one of the greatest moments I’ve had yet.

The whole project was created in Flash, with the content by myself and the extensive coding done by Matt, who was awesome to work with.
